New York style Chinese food for sure. Lin knows my lunch selection by heart and I only come in there once a month. Lunch specials are great with large portions. Only place I’ve had better is in Shanghai.

This is my favorite chinese restaurant. It really is a gem. We all had great dishes. You get quite a bit, like any chinese place. I really liked their vegetables and sauces. It seems like a lot of chinese restaurants use only a few sauces through their dishes. This place had a lot of variety. Great customer service. They even brought us a free platter of Crab Ragoon. I would go here every weekend if I lived closer.

Great Food, Always fresh and made to order. This is one of the hidden jewels in Mosinee. I love Asian food that is not sitting on a steam table. This is it. I have NEVER had bad food here. Family owned and operated. Great people.

The food is amazing and portions really big! The woman who takes your order and give it to you is a delight, very nice! She remembers us even if it has been months since we were last there! The flavors are amazing and it even looks pretty, you can tell it is very fresh! My kids love it and they are picky eaters!

I live outside of Wausau which makes it hard to find anything but burger places. I am an absolute addict when it comes to Chinese food. However, there are a couple places in town I would not let my dog eat at. Lin’s in Mosinee is one of the best places around for authentic Chinese food. It is comparable to what I had overseas. The prices are reasonable and the portion size leaves enough for me to have leftovers. The service is good as well.

I visited the area today for work, saw this place on Unilocal, figure I give it ago. I ordered the special Bourbon Chicken for take out. The lady was very nice and sweet, and the service was excellent! Within 10mins I got my food and walked back. Now the food was awesome one of the best Chinese I had in a while! Will be coming back, next time I’m in the area.

This establishment is the only Chinese Restaurant in the city of Mosinee. It’s right across from the R-Store gas station. The restaurant has two entrances, a side entrance and a street entrance. The side entrance is also where you park your car since the place has a personal parking lot for its guests. Once inside, there are booths lining the walls and about 4 – 6 tables in the center of the restaurant. There is no wait staff, from the looks of it, there is only a woman and her husband who run the store. But the Chinese woman is extremely polite and quiet as well. There is a very expansive 3 page 11×7 menu to order from. Since this is a smaller shop, they don’t have soda dispensers, but instead will give you cans of soda and a cup with ice. The portions are reasonable for the price. Expect to pay $ 5 — $ 7 for a plate. I must say, the reason why this place got my 4 Stars was because the food was so delicious. I ordered a Sa Char Mei Fun and wow was it spectacular. The last time I had a good Sa Char Mei Fun was when I was in China in 2005. The food is as authentic as it gets. I guess the best way to describe it, is that it has the«grandma’s home cook’n» taste that makes you feel at home. The food was so good, I had my lunch and came back for dinner as well as ordered some to go. And that leads me to my last note, it seems a lot of this restaurant’s business is actually the take out. Not a lot of people actually come in to eat inside the restaurant. Granted I was there on a Saturday night, there were more people waiting for their take out than the three couples actually eating in the restaurant. Last notes: Small Restaurant, well priced menu, no wait staff, friendly staff, & quick food turn around.

About what I would expect for your no frills Chinese food. Had the Kung Pao Chicken lunch special and my colleague had the Sweet & Sour Chicken. The chicken was well prepared in both and the flavors were good.
