Bought 2 windmill palm trees in November for my mom birthday. was told to plant them when the ground thaws but they died in early April. Tried to get more trees shipped to us since they offer 12 month guarantee but you have to either pay to ship the dead trees to them or pay to have them ship you the new ones. They want pictures, detailed form describing what went wrong and made my mom feel like she couldn’t read simply planting and watering instructions. just poor customer service and do not stand by what then say…

HORRIBLE!!! BUCNHOFRACISTPEOPLEWORKINGTHERE. Two people answered the phone and both unfriendly. I just wanted the status of my order which was placed 10 days ago. The first person I talked to said: «well if it was placed couple of days ago it wouldn’t have shipped». Well 10 days is not couple of days is it now?! Then he searched for my zip code and did not find it. I called 5 minutes later and a lady answered. I asks again about the order status and I told her that the charge was made 5 days ago. She said: «13th of Feb. is not 10 days ago». Wow! Then she said What was my zip code and still could not find the order. I immediately called my bank to retrieve the funds. I wished I had read the reviews prior to this purchase. Tip for the owner: Have respect for your customers!

I ordered a tree by Willis Orchard and upon arrival I opened the box and found a dead tree. I tried to contact a man name Jay who is supposed to handle these things. I sent him pictures of the tree which had no branches or leafs. It looks just like a stick. He replied to my email say that the tree was alive and that it will bloom in the summer. Do not be fooled by this con artist like I was.

Purchased six wine grape vines in late January and Willis shipped them to me in mid-February(in Kentucky). This was not the proper planting season. I kept them in potting soil in my garage until late March, planted them. Five of the vines made it; the sixth was dead. Although Willis offered me a credit toward a replacement vine, I had to pay for shipping cost. So much for standing behind their products! If they had shipped me the vines at the proper growing season, the vine might not have died. When it did, they should have replaced it in a timely manner without forcing me to pay shipping. I won’t buy from them again.
