They were very late in picking me up (true bummer because I almost missed my doctors appointment and land up having to send my husband to get the rental) and when I dropped off there was only one person in the office trying to answer phones and help me at the same time. It was just crazy for that poor guy. It land up taking way to long to just drop off the car. Other than that the car was awesome and the manager is really customer friendly.

So their hours suck.
They’re co-​located in a dated car repair shop.
So they’re getting four stars?.. because they communicate very well. It seems to be a manager and one employee who shuttles people back home or picks them up if they need a ride. I overheard the manager calling a customer to remind them that their insurance was not going to cover the rental and they would be charged after a certain date. It’s this kind of attention to detail that makes this location a 4* operation.
Nobody likes having to rent a car but when you need one you might as well get it from a conscientiously managed location.
