Good place to eat, and everything is affordable but the sushi is expensive due to it being the only sushi restaurant in town. The place needs some renovations, and if you order the the teriyaki special they charge to remove veggies from the plate.(Which I find interesting). But give it a try I’m sure you’ll enjoy.

Well, just like another reviewer, can’t help but think that toting a screaming toddler on the hip while fixing customers plates along with taking customers money certainly can not be good for business. Plus the fact that I really think I contracted a contagious stomach bug from eating there on Friday. So unless you want germs that are easily spread thru handling money, a kid and then handling your food, I would highly suggest not dining at Kyoto’s!

Kyoto has been one of my favorite restaurants in Mt. Airy for a long time. It is the only(or one of the only) places to get Japanese food around here. The food is delicious, the servings are very generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Being a semi-regular for many years, I have never had an unfriendly waiter/waitress, and have always been greeted with warm smiles and kind words.

Just ok. Probably the best for Mt Airy. US Sushi is best around in greensboro.
