McDonalds

***Parents Beware*** incompetent management that puts the lives of their customers at risk. Tonight I went with my son to this establishment we drove 10 miles to go to a McDonalds with a play area and at first it was a fun my toddler loved the play place we ordered our food and it seemed like it was going to be a nice night… Until a fight broke out at the counter between five men and two girls, the manager stood there the cashiers looked confused and everyone stood there as the fight got out of control… This fight went on for five minutes with more and more customers getting involved. I understand the fight or flight reflex but this was not one of those cases the manager refused to get involved and instead sent a minor cashier to the front and he looked so scared. I called the police when the confrontation went from verbal to physical and at no point did management step up to split up the fight or even ask them to leave. At one point a man saw me on the phone with police and started screaming at me and advancing toward me and my son and management and workers still did nothing. I have never seen a manager behave this way but this particular one obviously does not care about the restaurant or the customers. I will never go back with my son I will never go back. Their is some serious training those workers need. Very dossappointing

Its a McDonalds, what am I supposed to say? The food is terrible, it costs more than it should, and it seems like everyone I knew in high school works there now.
Plus the goddamn McFlurry machine is always fuckin broken.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is disgusting and the employees are no better. I walked in to use the restroom, and as I was walking by, an employee walked out of the stall with her pants still halfway down. She gave me no room to get by and I had to squeeze by her, touching the wall in the process. She didn’t even wash her hands. I walked in the stall she had just used to find urine ALL OVER the seat. Not just a few drops, but a massive amount of urine. So I walked in the adjacent stall, and there was feces smeared all over the floor, the toilet filled to the brim with crap and toilet paper. The toilet wasn’t even broken. Needless to say I left without buying any food and absolutely zero appetite. That place is a big NOPE. Nope nope nope.

Dreadful… I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s but this location is so poorly run. Long waits at register and drive thru. Never able to handle any sort of rush, large or small. Either understaffed or just poor employee training. I go to New Market location if in need of a fix

This McDonald’s location is one of the best I’ve been to. (Not saying I go here often) But when I feel like I want a quick burger or even a little something sweet, this place is where I’m at.
The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, while the place itself is very clean and approachable.
The overall service and atmosphere is pretty good; last I noticed, they had some nice modern country music playing in the background and maybe even a few pop hits from the radio for all to listen. Anyone wishing to get a nice tasty bite to eat should definitely consider this fine McDonald’s restaurant.

ZERO STARS! When you walk into a McDonald’s you don’t expect classy, but this place free for all. There are always random people in the building who have not even purchased food just hanging out, and the manager does nothing about it even when they are in the way of you ordering food. When you do order forget the words «fast food» more like «slow food» it will take 15 minutes to receive your order, and then it could be wrong. Then, you have to locate a clean place to sit (good luck with that). I take it to go or eat in the car. There is always food on the tables and food on the floor. If you are going here to use the bathroom go to the Burger King down a stop light across Rt 27 it is so much cleaner. The bathrooms here are gross, and never have tp! Matter of a fact why don’t you just eat at Burger King its clean and nice. This place is disgusting, and the staff is rude when you confront them about their service.
P. S. There is a place for your children to play in tubes. Please don’t take your children there. God knows what goes on in that play room during night with those «random people» I told you about earlier. Seriously I have been there at night your children shouldn’t be playing there they could leave with gems children shouldn’t have!!!

When I visited this particular McDonalds I had witnessed something extremely shocking! I used the restroom to wash my hands before making an order, as I entered the restroom I saw a Hispanic male masterbating at the urinal for all to see!!! Needless to say I did not make a purchase and will never revisit this location!

One of the dirtier places I have been to with indifferent service consistently. Food is typical fare but often long in coming for reasons that are not clear to me. I occasionally get coffee in the morning on those rare occasions when I forget to set up my coffee pot the night before, and invariably it is burned. Finally I lodged a formal complaint via the website on the receipt and asked to be contacted by the manager, but so far 3 weeks later no response. I”ve been going to burger king ever since and won’t be returning. I don’t eat fast food very often very often, and this place is a mess.

This place was really very clean and the staff was friendly and attentave.
