We have been a Skyview customer for several years and finally I have had enough! The customer is NEVER first, and the kids come ever lower on the totem-pole. My first bad experience occurred when a child almost got injured on the viewing balcony. Absolutely nobody apologized for the incident even though the items on the balcony were an obvious hazard. There was only a threat to refuse viewing of students and close the balcony. The second experience was when a teacher was blatantly rude to me on the floor when I accidentally allowed my child to use part the circuit they were using. This is the same teacher that refused to award a child(instead of speaking to him about his behavior) after a class. And of course there was not a single word said to the parent! The third and what should have been my last(had i not been in the middle of a non-refundable 13_week session) was when another trainer yelled at the top of their lungs at his students, with no concern of the ¾ year olds adjacent to him, listening to every word and decibel! Lastly(the straw that broke the camels back) was when my second daughter was refused a place in the spring awards(even though she has been a student for 2 previous terms and has a sibling currently enrolled). I always thought the idea was to keep families in the practice, but Skyview obviously does not care about their student retention. Please save yourself the frustration, money and self-dignity and go somewhere else.

Looks like a great gym for gymnastics. Poor customer service. Parents can watch their kids do gymnastics, from a balcony with dingy chairs and no WIFI available. We pay a lot of money and are never told how our kids are doing. Many times we don’t even know the teacher’s name since there are no introductions. Little improvements would make this place so much better!
