They dont even deserve a star!!! They lost my cashmere sweaters I included with my husband shirts to be dry cleaned. They don’t care less. So next time I ask my husband to bring my 2 other cashmere sweaters and scarf to have someone received it to account for it, and the next day they called my husband and ask if these were the sweaters that I lost and they found it, how stupid and ridiculous, and it just shows how disorganized this place is and denial of their mistake and made me look like its my mistake and they must have given my sweaters to another customer for sure!!! Disorganized and no accountability!!!

This dry cleaner who I have used for many years just ruined 6 of my shirts and could not have cared less about it. They treated me as it was my fault and didn’t even apologize. Over the years I had a few complaints and they were never good at handling them but this took the case. I will never spend another dime in this place.

Great service and friendly helpful people. I get my shirts done here and have never had a problem in three years. Always ready when they say they will be.
