The Crystal Closet

This was my first time here. It was a very welcoming experience. Very tranquil, smelt delightful and the energy was great. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The store was organized and clean. Everything was priced and labeled. They have a very large and extensive Crystal inventory and also offer a variety of other metaphysical supplies such as oils incense and tarot cards. They also have an oxygen bar and hookah lounge. I didn’t use either but interesting that those services are available there.

Aside from shop girl not knowing Unilocal was Social Media and trying to get me to check in on FB instead, a crystal /​new age /​book shop is a welcome entity in any city. We always leave here with buying something and they have an oxygen bar where you can relax.
I’d buy this place if they ever wanted to sell.

i love this place, it’s very special. i won’t get my crystals anywhere else, as most other crystal/​metaphysical shops are commercialized but you can trust the crystals here. they have a wide variety and they put a mix of herbs and sage on the crystals before you take them home so they are cleansed. i feel peaceful in the store and everybody that works here is very knowledgeable and helpful and guide you to the crystal (s) that you need.

I can’t give more than one star because I’m unable to get any type of experience with The Crystal Closet. I went to the store on five different days during listed open hours and it was closed every time. I also called every one of those days and no one ever answered. I left a message once asking for them to let me know when I could come to their store to make a purchase and never heard back from them. This all happened around the holidays so I understand that, perhaps, they took some time off? (If they didn’t care to make holiday sales??) But I would think they would post special holiday hours on their door? Or have some kind of outgoing message on their phone instead of an unpersonalized, automated message just repeating back the phone number?
MAJOR disappointment. Do they want to be in business, or what? I don’t get it…
