I’m going to start off with the fact that we own a small gift shop in Tampa so we know customer service and how sometimes children do not behave well in businesses, but respect is deserved.
It was a super cute store and we were laughing and picking out some unique items to buy. When my daughter put something down not in the place she found it. (She’s 8 and says she didn’t remember where she got it). The worker picked it up, leaning down in her face and said «Put things back where you found them. I am not your mother!»
Totally changed the mood of everyone in the store, not only my family. We put our items to buy down, not in the right place because at that point I wasn’t going to bother when he had no customer service skills and left with another couple who was equally upset at his treatment of my daughter.
Maybe he was having a bad day, but to get mad at a child over a little notebook is not acceptable. She wasn’t being disrespectful or throwing things around. She had been shopping in multiple shops and was very polite.

Quirky little shop. You’re bound to find something to make you smile. Novelty overload. Worth stopping in for a look see. Very busy shop reminiscent of a bohemian Spencer’s gifts. Great for one time purchase and gag gifts for just about every style.

Loved spending time in this store! Great A/​C, awesome and fun merchandise and an overall good mood inside the store. We laughed at cards and novelty items and found gifts for many friends and ourselves. I especially liked the selection of greeting cards. I will definitely come back to this shop for more giggles and fun!

Visiting from Virginia and LOVED this store! Walked away with several gifts for friends. They say laughter is the best medicine – SO many unique gifts that left me with a smile.

This is a must stop when walking downtown Mt. Dora. It’s not a big store but it’s will take you longer than you think to walk through it. This place is wall to wall floor to ceiling filled with unique items you won’t find just anywhere. It’s a fun place that will have you thinking and smiling.

This is my favorite store in downtown Mt. Dora. There is always something unique and interesting and every time I stop in I find something else I just have to have for someone I know. My Mom hunted for weeks for the perfect christmas card and where do you think she found it on a random Tuesday? Stop in and find something cool!

It had the best selection of fun, quirky items. If you are easily offended this may not be the place for you. If you aren’t, you need to check this place out! They have great laugh out loud gifts for every occasion!
I noticed that they had signs up asking for customers not to take photos which is fair. They want to keep business in their store and not on Amazon or wherever people would search for the items.
Make sure to check this place out when you are tired of visiting the same typical souvenir store after souvenir store in the area.
This one will wake you right on up!

Very hip little store in downtown Mount Dora. They had a nice selection of Blue Q bags and MicWright cards. There were so many things in their store that made me snicker, giggle, and truly laugh out loud. I really enjoyed the selection and the owners were kind and made helpful suggestions for gift shopping. Great experience and I would come here again if visiting the area.
