McDonald’s

Bad food and not happy with the service. This place looks a lot nicer than it used to 10 years ago, due to the forced remodeling. The remodeling was caused by a drunk driver hitting the building years ago but it’s still a Mcdonalds.

I would have given it five stars but it’s McDonalds as far as fast food goes this is a good one. Staff was efficient and courteous and my order was well put together and fresh. What more could you want from a fast food chain? The old school look of the McD’s adds to the experience as well. Kids seem to enjoy the retro atmosphere.

I don’t usually go to mcdonalds. Honestly, I stopped here to use the restroom and bought some fries. The manager was so professional and constantly moving and checking on things, I had to write a review. Very clean, well-​managed store.

This is a fun McDonalds because it is clean and has a great play area for kids. I don’t know what Jack H is talking about but everything seemed brand new to me and i am very picky. This is a nice McDonalds!

We stopped here on our way back from Philly. The restaurant has a nostalgic look. We went through the drive-​thru and the food was hot and good for breakfast.

It might seem strange to write a review about a McDonalds since they are all supposed to be the same, but this location is so bad it deserves note. Not sure who runs this location now, I know it was family owned in the 1960’s and 70’s when we would come here as kids. Now the restaurant is filthy, food on the ground, ketchup and soda on the counters.
There is frequently a soda or ice machine not working. Chairs are broken and they are often out of lids, cups for kechup, napkins etc. The general filth of the store is amazing. Why would a franchisee not protect their investment and let it get this bad?
It has always been a great location, but I wouldnt be surprised if it goes out of business– things are that bad.
Haven’t even touched on the staff. We came into the dine-​in area because the orders in the drive-​in are always wrong. (Somehow the other fast food places like Chick Fil A manage to always get our orders right so we know it is possible.) Here they are never right. At least inside you can eventually get the order straightened out. The staff seems indifferent and it seems like many do not speak English.

Most incompetent, absent-​minded employees i’ve ever encountered. I don’t go to McDonalds often, but everytime I have gone here they messed up my order. Talking to an employee is like talking to an automated telephone system, but it is McDonalds so I suppose you can’t expect much.
