Pizza Hut

Just. Ehhh. Staff can be very pleasant or rude depending on who you get. The pizza is usually good but something is always forgotten in delivery. We went to eat there the beginning of June and it was so hot inside we could barely enjoy our food

I pick up so I can’t complain about much, I do it all online so I can have minimal error. But it’s always dead empty so you’d expect faster service but instead you stand and wait until someone decides to roll in from the back. Today the waitress had to scream for the guy to come up front. And to boot he seemed miserable. I get it dude, we all don’t want to do shit we have to– like work– but suck it up or get another job.

An embarrassment to the brand. I love Pizza Hut but this location is apallingly run and crying out for corporate intervetion from HQ.

Gross. Gross. Gross. We went here the other night as my daughter has requested to eat here for getting good grades … It smelled .and not like pizza… the salad bar looked anything but fresh but I will say the staff was very nice … Even our waitress but she left in the middle of us eating because she was feeling sick… Any way. the pizza was gross and we won’t be back

Upon entering I noticed a musty smell when I should’ve smelled pizza cooking. I then noticed there were no customers in the store. The guy who took my order had on a filthy shirt and wasn’t wearing a name tag. I asked him about the menu and he couldn’t answer any of me questions. by the way the pizza was HORRIBLE! Disgusting! This place should be closed down. They’re giving the Pizza Hut franchise a bad reputation. I may never eat a Pizza Hut again because of this one experience!

Went with the family On a Sunday dinner time. They don’t have much of a wait staff at that time. waited long time for food and service. They should Probably just do take out on slow nights. As for the food Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut to me it’s always good. They did gives us extra bread sticks on the house cause it was taking a while. One problem I had was my ice tea. I felt it was watered down and mixed with some lemonade to get me a full glass. If they were out of tea I would of order something else with no problem. The tea was undrinkable.

At no point ever in 10 years have I had a good experience eating at this place. I foolishly return every year or so to see if they’ve gotten any better. I want them to be better, because I really like Pizza Hut. But — alas! — the gods have not brought it about.
Every time I have eaten here I have had to wait 20 to 30 minutes before anybody takes my order for drinks; another 20 to 30 minutes before they get around to finding out that I would like pizza at Pizza Hut. Quite a few times the pizza was not completely cooked and there was still raw dough inside the crust. (It is my understanding that this is actually very unhealthy, to the point of being dangerous.) So the staff at Pizza Hut apparently find Pizza somewhat difficult, and complicated beyond their skill set.
Just about the only thing I have positive to say about this place is that at least they give you metal forks. That way you don’t have to worry about the handle snapping off as you plunge the fork repeatedly into your eye, watching the eons pass by, as you wait for the long heralded pizza which will be inedible and/​or cause your untimely demise.

Slow service and lack of service. Opens late for lunch. This place has no delivery! Pizza was ok, a bit on the greasy side, over cook and to s of sauce which was overpowering all the other toppings. Not a lot of selection on their buffet. No wings available for at least a week now. Waitress said their fryer is down! This place is not what it used to be. Didn’t get a refill! But the check came out really quick.

Hands down the absolute worst service I have ever –EVER– come across. Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza once and was told «Sorry, someone threw it away so we have to make you a new one.» WHAT?! Everyone who worked there seemed like they hated their jobs and would barely make eye contact with customers. Horrible, horrible service. Rude. I got 2 toppings on my pizza and could barely find more than a few random shreds of them scattered on the pizza. I would never come back here. Papa Johns is close buy and they use fresh ingredients with much better service!

Definitely down hill over the years. The pizza is not as good as it was.

Pizza Buffet was satisfying in the only way a pizza buffet can. Our waitress kept our drinks full. What more can you ask for?

Best big-​chain pizza in the area. Just needs a delivery service and it’s a 5 star review for me!
