Pat simply took the money and ran. No product or service was ever delivered. Research eventually told me that he’d done this to several people with a total value in the tens of thousands. His MO = Advertise, show up, give estimates, take a serious deposit, disappear. It’s not even clear whether or not he knows the first thing about marine canvas. I spoke with several people that he’d taken money from. None ever received anything. He’s a simple old school con man.
