Aqua Bella Day Spa & Hair Studio

I have been going to Aqua Bella Day Spa for at least 7 – 8 yrs now. Kristen Wilson has done my hair. She has been great from day one. I have also had my nails done there many times. Everything there is Good Good! She also does my daughters hair.

The Salon was beautiful the front desk staff was amazing, everyone seemed very nice however, if it simply was how nice everyone was you would have a 5 star but the service of my stylist was not what i wanted. i will not return!
The lady that cut my hair didn’t have any idea what she was doing, i really wish she would have asked for help. I showed her 2 pictures of what i wanted and told her specifically i was trying to grow out my hair and wanted it shoulder length. Pointed to my the top of my shoulders and told her the shortest i wanted it and it to be longer in the front. what she did was cut my hair straight across and made it one length from the middle of my neck. after showing me i told her i wanted the front to be longer (again) she mentioned she still needed to thin it out still and so she had to go shorter in the back. I wanted it to be long enough in the back so that i could have the back shaved (so i can pull my hair back should i need to after work or while at the gym but it still be concealed if down. nope it just got shorter and shorter and where she shaved it wasn’t even, meaning some areas where almost bald. after managing what hair i had left (ended up with a really really short bob shorts strand of hair is about 2 inches from my head) again not what i wanted because i wanted to grow out the rest of my hair. after spinning around in the mirror i could see the hair was not even and a part of it was bald even from far way and the other i could feel it and told her i could clearly tell it was uneven. very upset at this point and she clearly had someone waiting due to impatience i just told her if was fine and paid for the terrible hair cut i received. once i got home i wanted to be sure i wasn’t crazy and i didn’t have a straight up bald spot on my head however my daughter confirmed i did.
never again will i go here for a hair cut! i got my kids hair done at the same time and i’m going to get my son’s hair relined up cause his hair isn’t a clean line up.

I was down visiting family and just HAD to get my blowout refreshed so found Aqua Bella through a Unilocal search, near my hotel. Not only did I get in on New Years Eve, but Heather did a great job taming my wild curls and my hair is still looking fantastic, five days later. Thanks so much, Heather and hopefully I will see you someday at Kelly Cardenas next time you are in Chicago!

I have been coming here for several years for pedicures, manicures, hair and massages. I love the staff and can’t say enough about them. The pedicure and nail facility is clean and cozy. I actually have had several conversations about how they clean their equipment. I watch them run cleaner through the equipment and sanitize tool after my services. My nails always look fabulous and last for several weeks. The massage services are fantastic and never disappoint. Staff is professional and has learned when to talk with you and when to let you relax. I love when they have this talent. I did the prenatal massages as well and felt very comfortable and reassured that the staff was well trained. I highly recommend Aqua Bella — it is a gem in Mount Juliet!

The girls are amazing! From hair to nails to facials to massage, you name it, they are fabulous!

Four of us ladies went to Aqua Bella for facials and massages. I had Christy Hagan again. She has hands of pure silk and does tremendous things with them (get your mind out of the gutter!). Anyhoo… GO! Get yourself primped up and feeling amazing! 80 min. surely is not long enough, but it will have to do until I get a raise! Great Job Aqua Bella!
On a side note: My friend got the facial and while the first friend said how great it was, the second one said that the therapist was overly talkative and some TMI was going on as well– Heads up Aqua Bella!

It took me some time to find the right stylist for me, but now that I have her, I cannot imagine going to anyone else! Lisa is amazing! She is quick and thorough and her customer service is stellar. I will be telling anyone who will listen to go and try her chair!

I just moved to the area and got a referral from a friend to see Kim. I got a full highlight, cut and blow dry. I love it! I will definitely return and really appreciate that she took the time to listen and then also recommend without being pushy! Great service and people!

I’ve had a massage and a pedicure here and both were great. The price for a pedicure is more than at those asian nail places but i have more confidence in the cleanliness and i was able to have a nice conversation with the nail lady.

This salon is fresh and nice to visit. I’ve tried a few stylists and they have all been competent. One thing I don’t like is that they add charges for everything like a blow-​dry or shampooing. Even if they just dry it they charge about $ 30 for a style.

When I moved to Nashville from SF I was super concerned about finding a good hair dresser. I went for months without getting a cut. I tried Aveda, but they really didn’t listen to me and totally over-​cut my hair. Finally a friend suggested that I go see Kristin at Aqua Bella. The second I got there I was already sold on the place — very clean, upbeat energy, the stylists are professional, friendly and actually listen to you. My hair was super dead, but since I have been growing it out for a really long time, I didn’t want Kristin to chop off all the dead ends (I would have no hair left!). She totally understood and was awesome — I went out with hair that looked amazing, and still long. The place can be pricey when you are getting highlights & lowlights, but I definately reccomend it! It is worth every penny!
