Went in to store to upgrade my daughters phone. Greeted immediately, and then two reps stood and looked at each other for approx 2 minutes figuring out who was going to assist me. Brandon eventually agreed to help and was very condescending and obviously irritated that he was left to serve. He gave me conflicting info and then was rude when I proceeded to ask my husband about the discrepancy. I have been to this store several times and never been treated this way. Worst customer service experience with ATT to date. Manager, Millie was also very impatient and not helpful. They both sounded like they were reciting a memorized script and neither listened to my request and offered a relevant answer. I simply left and resolved they weren’t worth the frustration. I will pursue my upgrade elsewhere:(

I had absoluetly amazing service while upgrading my phone here. Crystal and staff were Very attentive and patient even tjo I complcated matters by changing my mind on my purchase after leaving the store! I highly recommend this store if you need a new or upgrade At&t product. I also found an actual person WAY better than trying to upgrade via the internet.
