I received a gift from the Beehive that just wasn’t right for me. I wanted to exchange it for something else. Something at a much higher price point. I did not have the receipt but was willing to take the lowest price the item had EVER been. This was not okay with the salesperson. She just stated that was not the store policy and she wasn’t the owner of the store and could do nothing about it. She acknowledged that the item was the Beehives merchandise etc. but without a receipt of what was originally paid her hands were tied. WHAT??? IFSOMEONEISWILLINGTOTAKETHELOWESTPRICESOMETHINGHASEVERBEENWHATISYOURPROBLEM??? Read your own return policy.
