I contacted this company about one of their sale items, a $ 600 piece of walnut for a bath countertop. They responded it was available but wanted to charge me «$ 500-​”$ 600» to ship it from NY to Chicago. When I responded asking for an alternative since I found much cheaper shipping methods, they never responded to my email. I also looked at their regular priced countertops and they are just way too expensive. They seem to have decent quality product online but bad customer service and expensive prices. The company then contacted me after I wrote a review they didn’t like and asked me to remove it. They said they sent me an email offering $ 400 shipping (I never received this email. I asked for confirmation and no response yet again).

We ordered a series of intricate poured concrete countertops for our kitchen renovation. They included an integrated sink, sideboard, and trivet and came out exceeding every expectation. Absolutely gorgeous — and a work of art.
Brooks was meticulous from pricing through to the shop drawing and approvals process. The installation team was also extremely thorough and careful.
I would (and do) unreservedly recommend Brooks Custom!
