I have never been a big fan of facials because I’ve always felt them to be an expensive disappointment. My experience today was positively wonderful. Serene environment, meticulous service, and my skin looks amazing. I highly recommend this place. Chloe was great.

Updated to 5 stars based on customer service. After writing my review, I received a message from the Spa Coordinator. She explained the strange chair to me (apparently it’s anti-gravity and great for backs). In her email she stated that she was disappointed I was so unhappy. She offered me the services of their most popular Skin Therapist at 50% off. I am thoroughly impressed that she reached out and am more than willing to give Facelogic a second chance. Two cheers for good customer service from local businesses!

I was here in 2011 for my wedding-the wax was ok… I think it took a little too long-probably a half hour? The facial was good, my skin looked great for the wedding. Was looking forward to a return trip.
However, this place has changed policy-won’t let you make an appointment without a credit card so they can charge you a I don’t know what fee if you have to cancel. Hey guys, life happens. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to your spa because of this policy. Not too keen on handing my credit card info out over the phone, either.
Went downtown to a super high end spa and got a great facial-elsewhere-for probably less money. I’ll be going there from now on.
Maybe apply your fees to people who are chronic cancels/no shows. Disappointed.

I love this place! I have been to do many spas in westchester and this is by far the best. I love the chairs (so relaxing i never want to get out) and all the products they use. Very relaxing and professional. Love Alissa for facials !

The employees were very friendly, professional, and skilled. I came in for a facial and massage. This was my first facial so I was unsure of what to expect. The woman spoke to me about my skin type and was knowledgable with my questions. As far as my massage, the woman was extremely nice and applied the perfect amount of pressure (without being too rough as I’ve experienced in the past with other massages). The location is somewhat «hidden» however it was easy to find. Overall it was a good experience!

I’ve been looking for a great facial place and finally found it. Great prices and wonderful service. It is very clean and they use great products. The membership program is hard to beat and a must have for monthly «me» time.

I’ve been here 3 times for facials and had an amazing experience with 2 of them. Those times I left with clear, smooth skin that was so soft. One time the extractions left red marks for a few days. It was my first facial so I didn’t know if that was normal. Apparently not, because the next 2 times were great.
Anyway, I really do like this place. Staff are all very accommodating and friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely.

After moving to suburbia from NYC a few months ago, I was in search of a spa that was not offended by my simple request for a Brazilian waxing! For the price, it was definitely not the best waxing I have ever had but it’s the best I have found around here. I decided to try their microdermabrasion facial on a whim. Absolutely amazing! I have paid $ 300+ at other spas and I paid a fraction of the cost at Facelogic and the results were better than anything I have ever experienced before. The skin care professional I had was knowledgeable and the facial dramatically improved my skin and was incredibly affordable! They would have received 5 stars if it wasn’t for the waxing but I will definitely be back!

This place is well worth the price. Call in advance because they book fast. Facelogic is my go to place. I work in the city and have lots of choices for a facial but I always wait it out to come here. Love Alyssa.

Fantastic facials much cheaper than a NYC spa. They also offer massages and waxing which is great. I generally get my eyebrows done during my monthly facial. The place is clean and well run.
