I don’t know why so many people say that the service is bad, the service is amazing the man who was helping us, arpit, told me not only where the item I was looking for was but then helped us save $ 17 on the product! They really picked it up after those last bad reviews because I had an amazing, quick, easy, time

I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. In the middle of being helped with iPads, a sales associate simply left us for another customer for 20 minutes. This Staples is extremely understaffed– if you need one-on-one help, do NOT come here.

I hate to do this, especially since customer service here is typically overwhelming, however I just experienced possibly the rudest encounter with a sales associate ever. After standing there waiting for help for some time, I tried to get the attention of the worker standing 10 ft away from me. After being ignored, I said «excuse me» again. His response was «can you wait until I’m done with this customer». Rather than saying a simple «yes, one minute» he responded in such a rude tone — you would have thought I was demanding attention immediately. I would have walked out if I did not have a $ 10 off for my purchase. Unbelievable.
