The bartender has a bad attitude. Poor service and drinks way overpriced especially for a place that has no atmosphere would not go back

I really liked this place when they had the Sunday NFL ticket. It was really close to my house and the staff was really friendly. The following year, they got rid of the NFL ticket and I never went back.

Staying at the Holday Inn on a business trip, and really disappointed with the restaurant in the hotel. Had dinner there the first night, and it was bland, uninspired and overpriced. It’s nice that the lounge has a happy hour with $ 5 wine glasses, but when I ordered one with my dinner, I was charged full price(it was still happy hour). I had breakfast here twice now, and it’s rather disappointing. The selection is not bad, but the setup and the quality is bad. The«fresh» fruit was terrible and tasted borderline spoiled.

My husband and I decided to take the Holiday Inn’s offer for New Years Eve — room, dinner, drinks, dancing, breakfast. We’re in our 40’s and have to say — we had a Blast! While we are firm believers in the mantra ‘there is never a bad party only bad guests’ we’d like to report — everyone there had an awesome time. Since NYEve, we returned for their Mardi Gras party — Saturday 2÷8÷13 and had dinner first at the restaurant with their newly revamped menu.(They also offered a buffet). My husband had Pot Stickers and I had wings with honey mustard — for dinner he had Steak au Poivre and I had the filet. All I can say is the restaurant & Teddy’s is a well kept secret. If your 40+ check it out — you’ll be quite satisfied with your night out!

Where do I begin… AWFUL! I went for the New Year party that they hosted. I ended up seated in a «lunch» room away from the party. The open bar was not so, the food was extremely bad. The staff was completely disorganized and it entailed requesting to speak to the manager to simply get a glass of water. Loretta, the person that handled our reseravtion and deceived us had a terrible attitude and instead of coming over to offer her apologies and make things right, she sent over Tina, the only person that woked her butt off and made up for everyone’s shortcomings, at first at the bar, then in the kitchen and even in the dining areas. The management never returned any call and luckily for me, their holdings company in the UK is my client so I will share my feedback the may peer there… the guy with the 3 letter title.

Went there for a New Years Eve party. What a disappointment. Very disorganized, horrible food, «open bar» was not exactly open. For cognac we had to pay! Not coming back, that’s for sure.

Probably my favorite part of the hotel. Came back here after the wedding for the after party and it was a blast! Was pretty dead except for people from the wedding but it was fun. They had live music playing and a dance floor. Definitely was the happenning place in Mt. Kisco!
