We have had very good experiences with this UPS store. The people who work there are very helpful and try to do their jobs in a way which will ensure an undamaged shipment without unnecessary cost. We have shipped a crystal decanter and set of bone china across the country. The UPS people packed them in bubble wrap and peanuts, and both shipments arrived in good condition. I would highly recommend this store.

Wish I read the reviews… Don’t bother going here. Came at 6:15, it was a ghost town. Locked up like no one had been there in hours.

Their hours state they close at 6:30. I got there at 5:55 to drop off a Next Day Air package only to find they were closed early for no reason.

I was just at the ups store. The man working there is very rude. I didn’t have my package sealed with tape. The man gave me the option of buying tape. When I said forget it since I had no money, he offered me a roll of tape. He didn’t give me scissors to cut tape and watched me struggle for a while. Then I gave up and was leaving, he then offered me a pen to cut tape. After I tapes up my package he commented that I was putting too much tape on. The man was unfriendly, unhelpful, and made me feel like an idiot. I would never go back to this store.
