I needed to replace the blinds in the master bedroom windows. 3 total. I had purchased blinds from this Blinds to Go before and it was a no brainer to make another purchase here! I went on the company’s website and followed the instructions for measuring each window. I didn’t want to order online, you can, if you choose too. In my case I wasn’t sure which model i wanted. I knew I needed horizontal blinds. I took the measurements to the store. The sales-rep was very helpful and knew his stuff! We went over my measurements, model preference and I placed my order. My order was not overly expensive. I didn’t buy really high end blinds though. The order took about a week to be made. Once the blinds were complete, I received an e-mail letting me know they were ready for pickup. The rep told me that the existing mounts in the window might not work, and the kit comes with mounts and mounting hardware. I was able to mount the new blinds with the existing mounts! Perfect! I installed the new blinds with no issues! I am very happy! I will continue to buy blinds here if I need more in the future! Blinds to Go has a pretty good warranty that covers defects and workmanship issues.

I loved the blinds, and the installer, Heath. But they kept making mistakes with the pole we needed for the skylight blinds. First, we were overcharged and my husband had to go get a refund. Then the pole did not come with the blinds so I had to go pick it up. Then, there was not hook and I had to go back again. You would think at some point they would have said, «We’ll ship it to you.»
