We have been going to Julie for all of our dry cleaning needs for the last 3 years, and we are very pleased! It’s always a pleasure walking into the store — Julie is friendly, upbeat, and our clothes always come back perfectly done and in a timely manner. We have had everything done from simple mends to having gowns cleaned — everything is reasonably priced as well! I truly recommend Julie’s Cleaners if you are looking for great and friendly service!

You will not get service like this anywhere else. Julie has so much pride in her business that she will do everything she can to make sure your experience exceeds your expectations every time. Here’s my experience.
I went and dropped off all of my suits on a a Saturday of a long weekend– wouldn’t need them
Until Tuesday. I requested that at least one of them be ready for me by Monday so I’d have something to wear to work on Tuesday. Julie promised me that it would all be ready on Monday.
When I went to go pick my suits up at 5:00pm (they close at 6) they were not ready. So why 5 stars? Unlike most people/​businesses, Julie was extremely apologetic and accepted full responsibility for the mix up. I understand things happen and appreciated her sincerity so I just asked if she could press a pair of pants and I’d come back the next day. She told me that she would not do that, booted up the boilers, and told me she would clean what she could, probably not all, and call me when she was finished.
At 7:30pm, an hour and a half after closing, I got the call that EVERYTHING was cleaned and pressed and I could come pick it up. When I came to pick it up, I was greeted with another apology, warm smile, and appreciation for my business. I think the bill might have also been discounted.
In the end, Julie used an unfortunate mistake as an opportunity to showcase her dedication to serving her customers. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I went back and forth back and forth about getting a pair of suit pants hemmed. They needed it but the only option I knew of in the area, well I wasn’t a fan, something said check Unilocal… I’m glad I did, Fellow Unilocalers pointed me to this place. It was literally the day before I needed the pants, I walked in a bit of a frenzy and explained that I needed the pants the next day she looked at them and said it wouldn’t be a problem. I tried them on got all pinned up and walked out smiling. The next morning bright and early the pants were ready, hemmed and pressed for beautifully might I add for $ 12 cash. My smile was even bigger and it put me in a great mood for the day ahead. They have my business!

I have been staying in the Mount Laurel, NJ area for the past couple weeks for work. I brought in a suit that needed alterations in both the jacket and pant and a bunch of clothing that needed to be dry cleaned as well. Julie managed to turn around everything the following day including the alterations, since she knew I was in a bind. She is absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking in the area!

I came here because of all of the great reviews and left completely confused. The person at the counter was handling my very delicate wedding dress quite roughly when I brought it in for a repair. I gently and politely asked her to be careful with the dress and she handed it back to me, refusing to do the repair, with the explanation that «You are a new customer and you are too nervous. I do not feel comfortable doing the work for you.» It was so strange and upsetting.

After tiring of the crappy dry cleaners by my house, I used Unilocal to hunt out a new one by my office. Thanks to all those who previously reviewed Julie’s I decided to give it a try. I got two dress pants hemmed and cleaned and a skirt cleaned. She was sweet and did a great job with the alterations. The prices are reasonable too! Julie’s is now my go-​to dry cleaner!!!

Went in based on Unilocal reviews for dry cleaning some slacks. Great! Friendly, fast and Saturday &Tuesday is 20% off. Will be going here from now on.

Visited this shop after reading several positive Unilocal reviews. The work done was great and Julie was very friendly. I paid $ 12 for a pair of pants to be hemmed and $ 16 to take the waist in on another pair. Will definately take future alterations to her.

This is my go to place for dry cleaning, friendly, fast, quality work. Last week I had two pairs of suit pants hemmed. They are fully lined and rather pricy so I didn’t want I take them just anywhere. There is a reason Julie’s has such a fine reputation — she did an exceptional job on my trousers and even pressed them for me so they would be ready to wear. The price, $ 16 each because of the lining I think it was a deal and I will continue to use her for all of my tailoring.

This unassuming little shop takes a mom-​and-​pop personal approach to cleaning, which makes them an ideal spot for tailoring. While it’s got none of the glitz of the big cleaners around, it’s clean and the staff is friendly. It’s my go-​to for tailoring, because it’s always well done and relatively inexpensive.

My wife and I were searching for a tailor and dry cleaner desperately.
Our daughter had taken a chance and purchased a prom dress with some stains (as is), hoping that it could be dry cleaned and also altered.
A tailor we had used in the past didn’t dry clean, and our dry cleaners didn’t tailor!
We did a Google search and found Julie, who had 3 outstanding reviews, including one from a woman who moved to New York and still traveled to use her in New Jersey.
My wife dropped the gown off to Julie, who thought she could get the stain out, and assured us that either way, she would let us know before proceeding any further.
Julie called us the next day with the great news that the stain was entirely gone, and that night our daughter went in to be measured for the alterations.
A week later, we picked up the gown, and it was perfect.
In addition to hear seamstress abilities, she’s just about the nicest person you would ever want to meet, and she takes credit cards!
Her prices are reasonable and her hours are very convenient.
She’s located in a safe, easy to find strip mall off of Kings Highway in Cherry Hill, NJ.
If you’re hungry, there’s a great Asian food place next door!

The changing rooms were clean and well-​lit. I brought a strapless bridesmaid dress to have tailored, and she cinched me in! Perfect work on the dress – she gave me exactly what I needed. Highly recommended!

I moved to NYC two years ago, but I still haven’t been able to find a place that does high quality work like Julie :(I end up just bringing back clothes to her whenever I visit my parents in Jersey.
Most cleaners or tailors work out of dingy, dark, and dirty buildings, but not this hidden gem. The décor is adorable and clean with classical music always playing in the background. The quality of work is excellent and Julie is a miracle worker when it comes to tailoring. I’ve recommended this place to all of my co-​workers and friends who need alterations for weddings.

Her prices are reasonable, and if you drop off your dry cleaning on a Tuesday or Saturday, she will give you a 20% discount on your dry cleaning items.
She does tailor work as well. Very fine work.
