Icalled Knights Inn and I will tell youtThe customer service I received today Thursday May 7, 2015(around 2:15pm)was beyond AWFUL. The Manager on shift advised me that she would notate it and blamed it on the busy day. There is no excuse for BAD customer service on any day. I really hope you take into consideration this email and do the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to another potential customer. Thank you

Great hotel for the price! I stayed overnight and the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint was the wifi not reaching my room but it didn’t bother me too much. Great place to stay for a night or two

I booked a room for 2 nights through Expedia and I was pleased with the price. When I checked in an entered the room I was pleased with the cleanliness, the size of the bed, and that the room included a refrigerator and microwave. It went down hill when I tried to connect to the wireless network. I noticed right away there is a problem. I called down to the front desk and they said they would reset the router. Still no wifi. I called down again and they gave me the number to the help line for technical support for their wireless network? They wanted me to spend my time as a guest to get their wifi working? Not sure why they would ask the customer to do this. It would seem to me that an employee should be doing this? I went ahead and called the number and explained that there was a problem with connecting to the wireless network and they gave me a work ticket number and said they would call me back. I never received a call back. No wifi day one. Day 2 I request to speak to the manager as the employee on duty from day one said there was nothing she could do. She said she will have him call me when he gets in at 11am. He never called and I ended up calling him. He assured me that it was working and maybe I wasn’t getting a good signal because of the location of the room, 2nd floor corner room 221. He said I was the only guest having issues. He suggested that I bring my laptop and iphone 5 to the lobby so he could show me it was working properly. Needless to say he couldn’t connect my laptop or iphone to the network. He then suggested there must be something wrong with my devices and offered to show me his iphone 5 and that it was connected to the network. It wasn’t and he couldn’t connect his own device in the lobby? When I explained to him that his employee had given me the number to his service providers tech support the previous day and that his employee flat out told me that I was NOT the only guest having problems connecting to the network he FINALLY admitted his network was down? When I asked him why he suggested it was the location of the room, or problems with my devices when he knew there were issues he basically said if I didn’t like I could leave? I’m a business person and I travel frequently. This guy was one of the worst Managers I have EVER encountered. He not only lied to me and the other guests regarding the true status of the wifi. His only attempt at resolving the issue is to tell the customer to leave? Had he been transparent at check in with myself and the other guest regarding the wifi we could have made a decision based on the truth if we wanted to stay there or not. Needless to say I will NEVER go to Knights Inn in Mount Laurel again.

Clean and cheap. When looking for a hotel this is probably one of the cheaper hotels to stay at. For 67 $ my mother and I were able to get a two bed hotel room on the day we needed to stay. I have stayed here a fee times before with my gf and for the king suite with a hot tub bathtub was only 100 $ for the night. There is pretty good parking all around the building for anywhere your room is. The rooms are usually pretty clean. I cannot comment on the smoking rooms because I don’t smoke but the non smoking are always pretty clean. The usually have no where near enough towels which is a pain but, I mean for the price it’s not really something to complain about all that much. This is a good hotel if you are looking to go check out philidelhpia but don’t want to pay the huge prices to get a room there it’s 10 minutes away from the bridge to philly so that as well is great with the price tag. Sometimes the staff can be a bit abrasive and unhappy with patrons request but oh well.

Gross. Gross. — When I arrived(2hrs after check in) my room was dirty. I had to wait 20mn until the room got«cleaned». — The bed light switches were broken off, so the couldn’t turn on the lights. — The room phone didn’t work. — The electric plug box near the bed was hanging out of the wall w/wires exposed. — I got a non-smoking room and it reeked badly of cigarette smoke. — Cable went dead after 11pm — Staff was very rude and berated their employees in front of the customers. I wanted to spray everything with lysol. I cancelled my reservation for the next night. I ended up going to the DAYSINN&SUITESCHERRYHILL — PHILADELPHIA for the next night. Spend the extra money and stay here instead. It’ll be well worth it.

This place is gross, cigarette holes on the blankets, flat pillows, only 3 towels, bathroom is ok, nasty blankets. Not even worth one star. Plus the girl at the desk was a complete bitch.

Not a bad place for the price. Definitely a bargain for $ 50/night in this area. Free breakfast in the morning that features bagels, cold cereal, muffins, and beverages. The heat works in the room. Big TV for the size of room and free Wi-Fi although my room is at the end of the range I think since I only get one bar.
