Not good.
Dropped off 2 women’s shirts on a Friday morning to be dry cleaned and pressed – I asked when they would be ready and the guy told me the following morning at 7am (when they opened).
Returned the next morning at 11am – the man told me they still weren’t ready! I came back 2 hours later to pick up. The woman brought them to the front and said she wasn’t happy with how they were pressed and would give me $ 2 off. Props to her for some good customer service, but wtf am I supposed to do now?
When I got home and pulled them out of the plastic, I noticed that their machines put a faint ring around the collar (these shirts were NEW so it wasn’t me). Had to use stain remover. I will not be returning.

Dropped off and picked up eight shirts. They were done on time, but all eight had wrinkles pressed into the shirts. They are so bad the will need to be rewashed and pressed as they can’t be worn in their current condition.

Brought in 6 pairs pants/6 shirts for wash and press on a Tuesday and was told they’d be ready by Friday (3 days).Not cheap-$ 39. They advertise «Same day service”-LOL Went Friday-NOT ready asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience-they wanted to give me a 10% credit. I insisted on/got the 10% refund-no credit. I won’t be going back-too expensive and not timely service. It’s a shame they USED to be a great cleaners/alteration place-maybe it’s new owners???

I have taken at least 10 pairs of jeans here for an original hem (I had jeans, lost weight, bought new jeans). They are quite fast (3 days) and are very nice. It is $ 14 for original hem which is alright by me.
Their original hem is a bit different, they fold and tuck, rather than the cut and re-sew. I originally didn’t like it, but after looking at it, it looks really good and realized that I shouldn’t be so nit picky, especially when it looks great anyways. I highly recommend them for your jean tailoring needs. Plus, they launder clothes, and do a good job. Overall, I think they’re a perfectly fine local cleaner/tailor.
