I ordered an Okidata C7350 printer for our office and ever since we received it, I had problems. I called Okidata and they sent their technicians several times and the technician stated that parts were missing. She replaced some parts and then the machine had issues again. She had to come out again and replace more parts. The machine had issues again where the sensors were not detecting the new toners so we can’t use the machine properly. I called Okidata again and they said now the machine is not under warranty and basically we are out of luck and we have to pay to get it repaired. It is very frustrating when the machine had problems from the beginning and they cannot own up to it. They should have replaced it from the beginning, but are not helpful at all. I will NEVER order another Okidata product and would not recommend anyone to ever order from them. Their toners are ridiculously expensive also.
