This Hallmark store is my go-to store. I would usually give it 4-stars.it lost one with me-critically-yesterday I was on my way to go see a movie, stopped in to get a card, only an older couple at counter, 2 employees were wrapping gifts for them, never turned around, to see I ONLY had one card in my hand. I cleared my throat, couples, then still nothing. They were busy curling ribbons on the boxes-each. I was pressed for time, found this quite Un-nerving. By the time she acknowldged me, 5 minutes had passed, I should already be on my way!!! I really think customer service in retail –has gone down hill since I worked in it yrs ago, as management. They were young, never even apologized sorry for the wait. WTF???
