I like their pizza but there has been a few times my order was taken by a non English speaking person and I received something very different than what I ordered. Their mild wings taste like they’re mixed with smoky bbq sauce, If I wanted bbq I would order bbq. Why mix it with the mild?

I have no reason to give any less than 5 stars because I haven’t had an issue here. Food is always fresh, hot & delivery is always FAST. Expensive, but worth every penny.

Really good pie BUT really really bad customer experience. We ordered a pizza and salad for delivery. We had one of their coupons that comes with their menu. It reads Large pie with 12 wings and 2l soda for 20.99). When we called in the order at 6:37pm on Thursday April 2., I asked the receptionist if I could order the Scotto Supreme with the coupon. She said«yes no problem». At 7:16 pm Scotto calls me to inform me that I was misinformed and I could not use the coupon, it’s only for a plain pizza. I told them that I no longer wanted the wings and the soda but still wanted the Supreme pizza and garden salad. At 7:45pm, still no pizza. I called back the restaurant to find out where my pizza was. The receptionist said it was on the way. Now it’s 8:05pm, still no pizza. I picked up the phone again and asked to speak to the manager on duty. The manager got on the phone, I explained my discontent about being missed informed when I first called in my order and now taking so long for my order — over an hour and a half. He did not make any attempt to make this situation right. Instead, he came up with a list of excuses: 1– the receptionist is a new employee and that was why I was misinformed. I think they should of honored the coupon regardless since it was not my fault I was misinformed, 2– it’s a busy night and that’s why it was taking so long which I told him that it’s their job to inform the customers it will take longer for their food, 3– he tells me, customer don’t always know what’s right !!! Not sure what that meant but certainly not the right thing to say to a paying customer. The delivery person arrived so I let the conversation die because this manager was not going to do anything to make the situation right. I paid the delivery person as it was not his fault. Then, I open the pizza box and to my surprised I was sent a plain pizza !!! I called back to speak to the manager, obviously he was not available to take my call. I explained to the receptionist that I received the wrong order, I had ordered the Supreme pizza, not a plain pizza. She took my number and said the manager would call back — he never did. I worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, 3 things they teach you in «Customer Service» school — Customer is always right, a satisfy customer will tell 2 people about their experience, a dissatisfied customer will tell 10. All to say that I did not deserve to be treated the way I was. As a paying customer, I expect respect and appreciation. Appreciation that I have chosen your establishment(based on a referral) to spend me money. Their pie is the best I have had in NJ so far but I will not give them the satisfaction of my business unless they make this right for me and my family.

UPDATE: Please read my previous review first. Then come back. Done yet? No? Go read it. C’mon. Okay, here we go. My quest continues, and has yet to come to fruition. Out of sheer stubbornness and grim curiosity, I gave them a fourth try. I could have gone with a different restaurant, chosen a different menu option or specified«sauce on the side», but these are coward’s options. I wanted to win this battle honorably. So I ordered, once again, a buffalo chicken cheese steak. I specified«With blue cheese, and no American cheese.» quite clearly. When the order arrived, I looked at the receipt; they had indeed written this correctly while taking the order, so I know for a fact that this was not a miscommunication. Perhaps they took me for anti-patriotic? I unwrapped my prize slowly and peeled apart the moist halves of my sandwich. The aroma of spicy buffalo chicken woke my nostrils. I dug through it, looking for blue cheese. I found none. I did, however, find American cheese. I took a bite; there was no flavor of blue cheese whatsoever. They had bested me yet again. Imagine my dismay! This was my fourth failed attempt. FOURTH. Four times they have neglected to include the blue cheese on my sandwich. Luckily I brought my own this time, so I was able to enjoy it properly. But the flavor was bittersweet, because I knew deep down that my victory was a hollow one. Updates to follow; I will continue to fight this battle and I WILLBEVICTORIOUS. Side note: The food isn’t bad. In fact, it is quite good! But they’re very forgetful with modifications and apparently are unclear on the concept of blue cheese. Oh by the way they also forgot my fries. Jerks.

OMG best Brooklyn pie ever!!! I am a super fan of thin crust tomato pie and haven’t been able to find one that tastes great until we had Scotto at a friends one night! There is just the right amount of garlic and tomato and cheese — every bite keeps you wanting more! We also had the chicken cheese steak wrap and it was delicious! NJ has a pizza parlor on every corner but Scotto is hands down the best!

For the locality, Good Cheat night, this is my Go-To Pizza & decent food. They have more VARIETY of pizzas then most, & are pretty good!!! Right across from my neighborhood, I could walk there. I hear their wings, & other items are good too. I had friends over, got S.O.B. pizza & it was YUMMY!!! Onions, Bacon, & sausage!!! :). The staff pretty friendly & pretty quick!!.The seating area very big with TV on the corner. Return factor: Definitely

Just across the parking lot from my new office and a great salad bar! Cheaper than Saladworks for sure! The pizza looked yummy, and the staff was so nice. I have had their pizza in the past, and it’s definitely up there with good NJ pizza. This will def be one of my new fav lunch spots :)

I recall another Scotto’s Pizza from my youth, located on the lower level of the Cherry Hill Mall, away from the food court. It may have been an autonomous unit for mid-mall snacking but that did nothing to elevate the quality above its food court peers. I stopped into this location and discovered the product to be about the same level of mediocrity that I remembered. I went with the buffalo chicken and spinach & tomato slices. Both featured tasteless congealed cheese. The buffalo was notable for its rubbery chicken and oh-so-slight hot sauce tang. The spinach & tomato featured several unpleasant contrasting textures without any flavor to speak of. What’s distressing is the fact that Scotto’s was so packed with customers that I ended up sharing a table with some cubicle jockeys, for lack of other options. This place is doing brisk business and everyone seemed to find the pizza acceptable. I do not understand this at all. Is it the wide variety of options, dreary as the execution may be? Lessened expectations of life after years of toil in suburban corporate hell, so that any high caloric sustenance that’s cheap and convenient is acceptable lunchtime fodder? A sad state of affairs Scotto’s Pizza…
