TownePlace Suites Mt. Laurel

Quick stay bit, awesome. Comfy beds, relatively quiet — can’t really hear outside noises. Towels and toiletries above average and I love when I can take a shower without water getting everywhere outside the tub, it’s all in the shower curtain. Security is key and they have it, key entry to building. Concessions and breakfast available. Computer area available. And top quality, friendly staff! If I’m in the area, I will stay here again. Too bad I wasn’t able to stay longer.

I booked a two bedroom suite at this hotel online for a short but sweet weekend getaway or my family. When I arrived, I was informed that unfortunately the hotel had «overbooked» and there were no two bedrooms available. Before I could get discouraged, the front desk person (Shadonna?) rectified the situation by giving me two one bedroom suites with an adjoining door. It was perfect. At one point through the night, I needed some allergy medication and cold medicine. I called the front desk and again was able to get what I needed with no problem. (Shadonna wins again!) My family swam in the pool, enjoyed the free breakfast and loved our stay. The rooms were clean, up to date and had a full kitchen with utensils and everything you needed. When checking out, the housekeeper on our floor interacted with my children and asked them about their time swimming. I will definitely be back.
My only minor complaint is that the ice machine is only located in the main building, so you have to walk to get ice if your room in in the building across the parking lot. Minor inconvenience but not too bad.

We have stayed in many Marriott’s and this is a great one. We stayed in the 2 room suite which was more than enough room for 5 people. The room seemed new and very clean. Room was equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Breakfast is a little lacking but consistent with a TownPlace. The hospitality is extraordinary and they really take care of you if you are a rewards member

We came to Mount Laurel for a family function. We were a little discouraged because the hotels in the area are expensive. We called the hotels in the area and their military discounts were almost the same price as regular rates. This hotel quoted me online for military discount. They also have the option to check rates for AAA and senior discounts. Since it was after midnight, we had to go through customer service via cell phone. I am pleased to say that they offered an amazing discount. The rates were $ 144 per night and we only had to pay $ 96. Since we are staying for 2 days, that saved us almost $ 100. With that being said, we were still concerned about the type of accommodations.
Much to our surprise, the hotel is nice outside. We checked in upon entering the lobby, they have computer kiosks for hotel guests and a little concessions area. I am a disabled combat veteran and I have pain issues due to injuries and fibromyalgia. The bed was absolutely amazing and I woke up pain free. The room is clean and nicely decorated. There is a kitchenette, couch, table and chair, and a nice sized, clean bathroom. We stayed on the 3^rd floor and they had an elevator for us. If you have pain issues or you want a nice, clean, reasonable cost hotel, this is the place to stay. I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it is important to communicate to those of you who are thinking about staying here. You won’t be disappointed and if a comfortable bed is your #1 priority, this is the place to stay. I definitely will stay here again and I also endorse this hotel with a high rating. They offer continental breakfast and free coffee all day. Not to mention free high speed internet. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove and a microwave. I also wanted to say that the shampoo and conditioner they provide is Paul Mitchell. For those of you who don’t know, Paul Mitchell is salon shampoo. I am not sure what kind of body soap they have because I brought my own body wash. I am sure that it is just as great as the shampoo. I have not found anything that I don’t like about this place and I am a picky person. I hope this review helps

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in their 2 bedroom suite that was spacious enough for 5 people. The hotel was clean and they provided enough towels. The location was nice. We would definately stay there again if in the area.
