I’m trying to make a connection in Philly, and even though I’m there 10 min early, they said I was too late to get on.
You are the guys that flew me here! If you weren’t going to allow me to make your connection in terminal F after you dropped me in terminal A with 20 minutes to go, why then did you even schedule such a flight.
PLUS I WAS THERE… ON TIME.
The guy at the desk says «Our manager told us not to let people on with less than 15 to leave». Like that helps me.
