This«recently renovated» hotel misses the mark in all fronts. Our cooking unit was so poor they had an engineer replace it. The front desk didn’t send maintenance in while we were out all day. Instead we we’re inconvenienced for an hour while they replaced it. The hotel was not in top shape. See my photos of spoiled mattress and broken screen. Not great when AC is out :(

I would recommend the comfort Inn next door. This hotel is underwhelming. Comfort Inn had a happy hour. The only seat in the room is the desk. Stuck here for husband’s points. Yuck

Stayed here for my first trip to Mt. P as the wife and her friends returned to their alma mater to try to relive the glory days. Place was nice enough. Nothing special, but clean and newish looking. Room was a little on the small side, and the tv remote was kinda weird and difficult to use. And $ 111 out the door felt a little high for a January stay. Continental breakfast had some decent juice, fresh fruit and coffee along with good hot sauces… hut the eggs and sausage both had creepy textures. But Cait, the young lady working the desk at night was very nice and helpful!

Don’t splurge for the«suite» — cost $ 179($ 200) with tax. Only a fold-out sofa. Room smelled musty. Bed lumpy. LONG overdue for total refurbishment. Better off staying at the Hampton Inn. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine, but a bit cramped.

Very impressed with this location. I was most impressed that I was greeted by the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff, and all other employees any time I saw them in the hall. The breakfast was as expected but really no complaints. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, but most importantly clean. Also, I was greeted and thanked as a Marriott rewards member. Any time a hotel takes the time to do this it impresses me. Highly recommended hotel for this area.

Friendly and courteous staff. Dry cleaning was brought back on time. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean. The only complaint that I have was that they put me in room that someone was already in which was a little awkward, but they rectified the situation. All in all, everything was«Fair» at the Fairfield Inn!

Friendly staff. At least 3 staff said hello to is while attending the breakfast. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, bread products, warm and cold cereal, waffles, juice, coffee, and more. Rooms were clean, pretty spacious with 2 queen beds, chair, desk and chair, tv stand with fridge and microwave. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub this visit but looked clean and well supplied of clean towels. Front desk staff asked why we were here and I mentioned for a funeral and they brought us a nice card with 20 dollars in gift cards for local restaurants. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Rooms: Old and in need of dire renovations. The pillowcases had holes in them and the AC was full of mold. The shower also had mold. The bed was somewhat comfortable and slept pretty well. The TV was large but that is about it. Service: Newspaper was a day old. The front desk team was unprofessional and needed to be trained on the«Marriott Standard.» Overall: Not the best Marriott experience I have had but with some training and renovations, it can be a better experience in the future.

Friendly desk staff and clean rooms, but the pillows were mushy and the walls were pretty thin.
