Sacramento, CA
The Forum is an OK place to live at. There are lots of foreigners living here; maybe because you could get a furnished apartment for pretty cheap. Plus you are very close to campus.
Another plus — just across the street you have BWW’s and O’Kelly’s. Drunk walking distance (2 – 3 min.) within a Chinese buffet and my favorite, JIMMY JOHN’S!
