We purchased carpet for the upper floor of our home from McGrew’s, which they installed. There was a problem with the color being different from the sample (not their fault), which the manufacturer warrantied, but it took us many months to find a suitable replacement, with several choices being discontinued.
The staff at McGrew’s couldn’t have been any nicer and patient with us as we wrestled with the choices. They facilitated the removal, reinstallation, and dealt with the carpet manufacturer for us and made the process as hassle free as it possibly could have been.
The owner came to our home personally a number of times to make sure that everything was perfect.
Highly recommend.
