Ryan did an awesome job, very honest and trustworthy. Wasn’t trying to swindle and charge thru the roof for the job. Highly recommend him. He also gave advice on other aspects of the house that could be improved for no additional cost– he was just happy to help– great service

So, I wanted to wait until they had finished helping me with my issue, a leaking radiator, but since they don’t seem to care about my issue enough to communicate with me as promised I’m not sure that it will ever get taken care of any time soon. To be clear, the one star is for their main office(which closes at 4PM, not 5PM as listed on Unilocal) because they have kept me completely in the dark as to when this issue will get resolved. The technician who came by, Bryan, was amazing and very helpful. He figured out what was wrong very quickly, let me know what part had to be ordered, and let me know the timeline for getting it installed. He came by on a Thursday and somebody from the main office was supposed to call me the next day to let me know that the part had been ordered. That never happened. The following Tuesday I call their main office at 4:45PM to see what is going on and their answering service picks up and just routes me to the on call technician. He says he will have to check with them the next day, Wednesday. Don’t hear from the main office on Wednesday so I call that afternoon, before 4PM so I actually get somebody in the office, since nobody has called me yet. The person who picked up said she would look into it and get back to me the that same day. Well, that was Wednesday and it is now Friday evening with no communication. So, I have no clue when this issue will be resolved but I do know that I will have a non-functioning AC for the foreseeable future.

Olde Town installed my HVAC unit with wires over the floater switch, and when those wires prevented my floater from shutting off my unit, the catch pan overflowed with water and ruined my ceiling. Frank Allen postured that nothing was his fault(without even looking at the problem) and told me that because I did not have his company service this unit(installed new and is only about two years old), that basically he would do nothing. «You just need to call your insurance company,» he said. Frank was contentious on absolutely every point. His only concession was that he would send someone out to «clean and check» if I thought that would help. I am afraid to deal with this company based on the way Frank has dealt with me and my husband. Update on 6÷16÷15: My insurance company wants this problem handled through Mr. Allen’s insurance company; however, now Mr. Allen is refusing to give me his insurance company’s name. I will update as necessary.

A/C compressor went out and we called these guys as they were the original installers of the A/C unit in the house we purchased 2 yrs ago. Service was friendly, efficient and knowledgable from the phone call to the fix. Arrived about 40 mins after our call, were on-site for 45 mins and resolved the problem. No hassle, no BS, just good service. We will use them again if needed, and would recommend them as well.

One of the most honest firms I have ever dealt with. After being told by another firm that I was looking at a $ 1000 repair bill, and should really replace my AC unit, Olde Towne came out to give me a quote on replacing. They gave me the quote, but told me they could service the unit the next day and didn’t really think it needed replacing. Sure enough, the unit is cooling great and I’m no longer looking at spending thousands of dollars to replace. Believe me, when I do replace it, Olde Towne will be the ones to do it. Thanks for being reliable, efficient and HONEST.
