Ordered a medium pizza at 7:15 on a Sunday evening. One hour later, pizza arrives and it’s cold so I have to put in the oven or throw it in the trash. So disappointing, 24.00 for a cold medium pizza

I gotta say, despite my pizza not being ready when I ordered it, I feel like this place is trying to turn things around.
I ordered a lot of pizzas online for a late pickup. About the time I was leavening, I got a call from the ship telling me they ran out of deep dish. The guy on the phone was genuinely sorry and I appreciated the call rather than showing up and being disappointed. He helped me pick a new crust (I’m sorry, I don’t know the 5 types of Pizza Hut crust off the tip of my head) and got my order back on track.
They missed my target window, but it was clear that they were trying at least, which is a happy change from my previous encounters. Overall, stars stay the same, but they might gain one if they really are on the upswing.

Awful! I have tried their pizza for the second time tonight. I live three minutes from the shop, yet delivery took over sn hour. Just like last time, pizza was cardboard with no sauce. A medium pizza with only pepperoni was $ 20. Ridiculous! Never again!
