If I could give less than 1 star, I would. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or if you’re the only customer there, prepare to wait FOREVER! Then, heaven forbid you order anything custom… you can pretty much guarantee it will be wrong. Sometimes, multiple times… not sure why we ever come back. We keep trying to give it one more chance. Lesson learned. Won’t be back.

«Here’s your drink.» That was the whole interaction between my car hop and me. I felt special. I understand if you’re busy(they weren’t) or you’ve had a long day(it was early morning) but this just seemed like a case of not caring about your customer. Listen, this is a fast food establishment. Generally, those are all pretty much the same. The only real differences are the people that work there. How friendly are they? How knowledgeable are they? Do they keep the place clean? Are they quick with your food? If you fall down on those areas then the whole place suffers. This place fell down on this occasion. Since I live so far away I probably will not ever visit this Sonic again so I’ll not get the chance to see if this was a one time fault or if it’s just the way this place is ran.

Visited sonic on late Friday evening and ordered *2 master blasts. After waiting for 15 minutes in drive-thru, we received what seemed to be 2 milkshakes of the correctly ordered flavors. They did not look like or taste like master blasts. They were THIN and had the milkshake taste

NOTGOOD !!, recent BLT’s I got there had ridocuously small amount of bacon on them about 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches, actually more of a bacon & tomato sandwich with mostly bread, I called store and was told they only use 1 strip of bacon, nothing they could do, I called Sonic corporate, was given a case number & told store manager would call me, been 3 weeks & manager never called, GOSOMEWHEREELSE, food here is generally bland, otherwise you will be wishing you had went elsewhere after eating at Sonic, LOUSYFOOD, LOUSYMANAGEMENT, MANAGERDOESNOTCARE. They even charge you for a cup of water !
