I have been to multiple events at this venue and have grown to appreciate it for what it has to offer. Parking is always a nightmare, so plan on a walk both to and from the event. It’s right behind Patriot’s Pointe, so there is always someone guarding that lot so don’t even try it! There is a lot a little ways down the road that is legit, or most of the time, you can park along the main road or one of the side roads. Once it gets full, people start parking in the median(trucks or 4 wheel drives). I’ve never seen anyone get towed or ticketed so I think as long as you are not blocking the road or damaging the grass, you should be alright. This location can be a little difficult to find the first time. It is right in the middle of where you probably would not expect it to be. Once you are inside, you don’t know there is a world outside. It has large finger-like green spaces off the main drag. Usually one cul-de-sac is where all the food is housed, and the others usually have a mixture of vendors and bathrooms. Bring a lawn chair or blanket so that you don’t end up standing all day. They have a perfect location for a band stage near the entrance. It allows for a dance area and for most of the people to be able to gather around and be in the middle of all the activities. Remember that if it has been rainy to wear appropriate footwear and don’t plan to sit on a blanket. Well, unless you want to be wet all day. It is completely an outdoor venue, so don’t forget to bring sunscreen, bug spray or whatever else you might need.
