Typically I would not give this place a bad review or a one star out of five but the treatment I received today warrants it. I had two reps helping me, Justin who I will say was actually extremely friendly and a great customer rep there, and the other person was Melissa who was extremely rude to me to the point that I had asked for a manager. After arguing with me for two minutes she finally along with Justin went to get the manager, of course they spent probably a good 10 minutes back there discussing what had happen before the manager came out. The manager was very friendly and tried to explain to me what Melissa was trying to tell me and then I tried to tell her what I was trying to explain to Melissa. Melissa wanted to place blame for a billing issue on another Verizon store which I knew was not true. I explained to the manager had she just let me explain and show her we wouldn’t had to call the manager out. I told her I tolerated her behavior as long as I could and finally asked her to get the manager since she would not let me explain. The manager listened and figured out the billing issue was from the mobile request to add additional coverage to my bill but they failed to mention they were changing(back dating) my plan which then caused additional charges. I excepted the information and told her that she should tell Melissa to listen next time and maybe she would have come to same conclusion.
