The staff could give a crap if you’re there or not. But you don’t go there to make friends, you go there to buy more than six beers at a time. They have a large selection of beer from all over the world as well as your go-to favorites. The prices are reasonable, and again, you can buy as much as you want. Having a BBQ or other party, stop here and stock up.

Great selection of beer for being in Mount Pocono. Everything from Troegs to Rogue at reasonable prices. They also have The Beast if that is your thing. The staff is very helpful and is willing to order anything you want if need be.

The reason I give them one star is because of customer service. I purchased a case of beer that was stacked under the advertised price. Once I went to pay, the price turned out to be different. When I asked why, they answered rudely as if I didn’t know how to read! The sign was right where I picked up the beer but the picture was for another type of beer. Who’s fault is it to put the wrong price at the wrong beer!!! Customer service is more important than beer, well… sometimes.

I was worried that our temporary stay in the Poconos would lead us to only drink domestic beer, but after a trip to this beer store I can happily say this will NOT be a problem. Duvel? Delirium Tremens? Check, check. Dogfish, Flying Dog? Check, check. Samuel Smiths, Walkers? Check, check. Oh yeah, this is going to get me into trouble fast. On top of that, their prices on the exotics aren’t even that bad. For example, I ended up getting a case(12×750mL bottles) of Delirium Tremens for $ 104.99. That breaks down to about $ 8.75 a bottle, which is a hell of a lot cheaper than what I was paying for it in Manhattan less than 2 weeks ago. The best part? You can call ahead and they can special order for you(if it is available to them). Three cheers for Mt. Pocono Beverage
