Pizza Hut

Run, run away from this place! The eating area is dirty and dingy, bathrooms disgusting. Our waitress spent the whole time hanging out at our table complaining how the previous table did not leave her a tip. (Gee, I wonder why). And she would simply NOT go away and stop talking about this tip. There was a dead fly in the glass Parmesan dispenser on our table. I would have just walked out but we were there with our in-​laws and didn’t want to make a scene. Never again.

I loved this place for the dry rubbed wings. Since all pizza huts switched their wings to wet wings, I don’t visit anymore. I can’t eat their pizza without those wings. Oh yeah, the service at this location is very poor. If you have to try it, go for the buffet. At least you can serve yourself!

This place sucks! I will be going back there again in life. They ran out of ice and the server gave us our drinks warm! It was completely gross and the server had a bad attitude. The place was dingy, dirty and way outdated! When she put the warm drinks on the table, took one sip and told her i will not be paying for this .it was way too warm for me… I had to go across the street to Burger King just to get ice because they ran out! I could hear them fooling around in the kitchen and when I ask for more cucumbers from my salad they told me they ran out of that also! Now I was done I was hungry angry and wanted to just go home. I will never be present in this pizza Hut again it was terrible.

Ordered online and tracked order and it says dig in for the past 15 minutes and still didn’t receive my order and the place is 0.5 miles away I’m not very happy!

This place has made a turn for the worst the people are rude. They always run out of everything. Called they didn’t have any cheese went to pick up food they didn’t have the right crust it was just horrible

Terribly disappointed on my last visit. This place needs a complete renovation asap! It is dark, dirty and dingy. Against my better judgement, I took my children, niece, and nephew to dinner here the other night. The place was a mess, tables were sticky and gross. Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, as my niece was eating her salad A BUG CRAWLED out of it. I was beyond disgusted and I immediately stormed over to the manager who seemed apologetic but the damage was done. Please think twice about going to this location, it is so dirty it’s dangerous. If this place was in New York, with its restaurant grading system, it would have been shut down by the Board of Health a long time ago!!!

I used to work for Pizza Hut. I made real good money in the Quakertown Pizza Hut. I worked in house and delivery. WTH happened to there dress codes? We wore black dress pants a red or pink pizza hut shirt with a pizza hut baseball hat! Not dirty jeans an a dirty old tee shirt an old sneakers! I explained to the server on the phone how to get here and asked the driver why he couldn’t find the place on time and he said the guy said the name of the road and sent him on his way, WTH!!! I am less then 2 miles away. And no sign on the car at all!!! The pizza was half decent. The driver said he just started, WTH was his uniform? Pizza Hut really went to hell. I guess they just don’t care anymore. I won’t be calling them again anytime soon and that’s a shame cause we host the rodeo here for two months and the cowboys always order pizzas. guess it’s Domino’s or any place other then pizza hut!!! Wouldn’t let me post without marking 1 star.

Beyond terrible. The staff made us feel unwelcome, waited a lengthy time for service when only three tables seated.
Pasta was inedible

This Pizza Hut is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I only order food from here rarely which even then is too often.
The service is atrocious. I have had multiple phone calls telling me they can’t proceed with my order because they ran out of supply or the delivery guy left early. Then they stopped delivering to my neighborhood so I had been there a few times for carryout. Almost every time I go there, the employees are screwing around or talking between each other/​leaving the store doing whatever. They are sometimes slow in completing orders too. I went there a little while ago and only one cashier was open where a line began to form. He took about 15 minutes doing something with ONE person. Definitely poor and very slow service. Avoid this place.
As for the pizza, it’s alright and basically what it should be.
Also, place is pretty dead (no wonder why) and they still ignore the people at their tables.

Very rundown location. Needs an update. salad bar not much of a choice. Pizza, was Pizza Hut pizza, it was ok. Service was actually pretty good. Plenty of other pizza places around way better than this place.

Service sucks! Waited 2 hours for our food and they brought us the wrong order! Then brought us our food little by little! Better off staying home cooking yourself

When I entered this Pizza Hut I was like, Dude, NO WAY!
I used to come to this pizza hut as a kid when we would come to
the Poconos for church retreats. I was kinda excited to relive my childhood
and eat what i used to think was the best pizza ever.
But as I looked around, I could see that those many years since my
childhood was not kind to this pizza hut. It really looked old and grimey.
Well I had my wife and 2 hungry kids in tow so we decided to stay and eat
despite how dirty it seemed.
The food… well pizza hut is pizza hut… basically there is a formula that is followed
and it basically turns out the same way every time… So you probably know
what the food is like… and if you don’t… well… welcome to America.
So what is it that i’m writing this review based on? The service… wow…
this place was empty… literally my family and one other group.
Maybe the server forgot that there were people there at all…
cause it was not easy to track him down. actually we could hear the kitchen staff
messing around while they were waiting for something to do…
I hate to say this… but with the area being developed as it is… maybe it’s time for this Pizza Hut location to make room for something else that would make better use of the space.
