The lovely shop owner John is a pleasure to work with, very fair pricing and beautiful quality work. The storefront looks small but wow do they have fabric options in every imaginable style, color, texture and a spectrum of brands at different price points. One of those special trade shops that has been in the biz for years and that we hope sticks around.

About one year ago, my parents got some estimates on reupholstering their contemporary Scandinavian furniture. And the estimates were pretty high. My parents started thinking ‘maybe’ they should just buy new furniture. But the teak wood was in great condition & I felt it would have been a waste. So I called Bruski & they came out to give their estimate — it was about 55% of what other companies quoted before.
Now, we waited to see their craftsmanship.
Of course, my parents went to their store to pick out the upholstery, the color, etc. While at the store, we saw some of their finished products — all other furniture types, styles & sizes. And we were impressed.
Finally, my parents’ furniture was delivered (in the time promised) & they were glad to see what a GREAT job they did. Their 20 year old furniture looks like new.
