This place is fun, spacious and super affordable. I coordinated a Birthday festivity here last Friday. We did the Wine and Cheese package… and each attendee was able to make her own pot and decorate it. The best part about the class is that you actually make the pot on a spinning wheel. I know other places have clay objects already made for painting, but here you actually start from scratch! The instructor was super friendly and helpful. The wine, cheese and crackers are provided, and you are allowed to bring in additional snacks. Super fun! All the girls had a blast!

I love this place!!! I’ve always wanted to try pottery, so for my birthday my friend got me a gift certificate for a private lesson. It was really really fun! I was awful, but Patty helped me out and was an excellent teacher. Despite my short attention span and newbie-ness, I was able to make a really really cute vase on the pottery wheel with Patty’s help. I had so much fun! I’m going to sign up for more private lessons with her. I highly recommend this place. In a world where art is slowly being shut out, this place provides a creative haven for all us crafty people.

This place is awesome! normally pottery classes can run you 250 – 400 dollars but RTAC is VERYREASONABLE. pottery classes includes glazes, clay, and firing for a super reasonable cost. you can even come in during open studio and paint one of the millions of ceramic pieces they have. The studio is VERY spacious and clean. What a great place to get creative…
