Medical Transportation, Rehabilitation Center. Had an appointment to transport a 93 year old from a nursing home in Wheeling to his Dr in at the Resurrection hospital and then back. Fast Trak Medivan drove the 93 year old man to his doctor and left. It took them hours to come and return the man to the nursing home. We called several times and expressed our concern about né man’s oxygen that was getting low. The Fast Trak Medivan operator said «we are not an emergency transportation» and left the 93 year old man almost with out of oxygen. Please don’t use this service again.
