To all the people who bitch about fast food… Especially Jimmy John’s & other sandwich places, GO TO THE STORE A BUY SOME DAMN GROCERIES AND COOK! Lazy sacks of shit! Its fast food not a 5 star restaurant. Take your trashy ass there if you want good service if you can afford it… Not a cheap sandwich place!

I order delivery from this location all the time. The delivery even during lunch hour is very fast. They literally are at my office 10 mins after I order. The drivers are friendly and always bring the correct order

With JJ’s locations the ratings are always about the employees, never the product. Thank the stars, yo.
As of late I’ve been grabbing sandwiches on the go. They make’em quick, they make’em right and they’ve been doing it with a smile. Recently, they hired a new dude that’s got a bit of a, umm, language deficiency. But, if I take my time with the order and double check the order for accuracy (without getting angry at mistakes) it all goes fine. This spot never gets crazy busy, so it’s easy to get your order corrected quickly if necessary.
P.s I still dislike Jimmy for hunting exotic animals. Seriously, why the f*ck would you kill an elephant? Jimmy should ask Monsanto to clone a Tyrannosaurus Rex for him. Jimmy can round around a concrete park trying to kill that instead.

This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have been to. The service is horrendous. Did these people just get hired from the DMV?
Twice I have gone to pay with a credit card and both time their «server» was down. I use credit cards for their convenience.
There have been times when whatever was going on with their «computers» caused me to wait longer until things got straighten. Freaky fast? No. Just freaking annoying.
I’ve been there when it’s all males working and when mostly females working. No difference in service. Still slow and unfriendly.
Today I got a great suggestive sell — «Is that all the chips you’re getting?» Sheesh. I worked McDs in high school. You do not talk to customers like that. Ugh.
Sandwiches were standard. That’s about it.

I really like this location. The staff has always been friendly and they are pretty quick making your food.

I came in here to get a healthy sandwich for lunch. What I got was great customer service and a new obsession. I was pondering what to put in my mouth and asked the nice gent who was working there, if I wanted some meat in my mouth what would you suggest. He told me to try the Turkey Tom, he then described it to me as a perfectly sliced turkey that rests between Freshly cut bread that would take my breath away. Then he asked if I wanted any of their chips and jumbo pickle. I agreed because the chip selection was good. I had never had a jumbo pickle before and was anxious to get one in my hands. I had only had sliced pickles so this was a bonus for me. I sat in their eating area enjoying their music selection while their amusing signs all over caught my eye. After I ate what was exactly what he described to me in the sandwich I found my way to the biggest pickle I have ever seen. I couldn’t keep it from between my lips. It was so succulent, so juicy and as a little bit dribbled down my chin with the last crunch I knew I needed to have this again. I have been bragging to people on Facebook today about the girth of this pickle and how it was a great way to end my turkey sandwich. This location was a little out of my way but well worth the drive past subway. I’m new to this chain but can’t stop thinking about how I had such a nice lunch and how my money was well spent.

Always knock out a sandwich quickly and have yet to make a mistake on one of my orders. I order from here and stop in when I can leave work for a quick lunch break. The place is pretty clean and the staff is there to do their job. Not super friendly, but the main goal is to roll out lunch as quickly as possible and I can appreciate that goal. No time for chit-​chat during my quick lunch hour!

when it comes to fast food sandwiches, it shouldn’t be complicated. and it never is at this jimmy john’s, at least for me. i have no idea why the one on central has such better ratings. a jimmy john’s is a jimmy john’s is a jimmy john’s. right?
half the time they have my sandwich made before i’ve even put my wallet back in my purse. that’s what i (and they) call freaky fast.

Shitty service with delivery. There’s a reason why i ticked the mayo packets and mustard packets on the online order FORM, when i get my food, and there’s no napkins, already twice have you failed to put them in the bag with my sandwich. This time i ordered a drink with my sandwich, the cup was half full of ice! SERIOUSLY? HOW SKIMPY CHEAP YOU CAN BE? WORST RESTAURANT STAFF EVER. HIRE EXPERIENCED PEOPLE OR TRAIN YOURS BETTER! JESUS!

They say that they make Freaky Fast subs — they’re not kidding! I come in here now and again and they’re often done making and wrapping my sandwich before I’ve paid and walked down to the end of the counter to give it to me. Maybe the sandwiches are average (but I kinda like doughy bread once in a while) but this is one of the few places you can actually get that in and out fast. And I do mean fast! The staff has that fast attitude to match — they appeared to be on top in things without looking like the usual waste-​oids who tend to work at the competition (that was actually a huge compliment guys). And they punch my frequent buyer card without a hassle. Almost got a free one so I will be back in. I can’t speak to their delivery service but I’ve heard pretty good things from the folks I work with.

The first time I ordered from this place, they forgot my drink and part of my order and did not even have change to give me the right amount back. I called to let them know what they forgot and to complain about the money issue. and they told me someone would call me back. When they DID call me back I had already eaten and no longer wanted what was missing. The manager didn’t seem to understand what I meant by not having correct change and kept thinking that the delivery guy was not receiving a tip, when in reality he was receiving way more of a tip than I ever intended to give to him. They came 20 minutes later with the rest of my order and the change I needed and I asked for all of it back.
