I recently ran in to drop off some packages for shipping and left. I didn’t realize that there was a mistake with one of the prepaid labels. The nice folks at Mail Boxes Plus wrote to me (to the return address on my label) and held the package. I called them when I received the letter. Since I live about 20 miles away, they had no problem with me faxing them the corrected label. They then sent the package out right away. They went above and beyond for someone who just dropped off some packages to ship. I am impressed and would recommend Mail Boxes Plus of Mt. Prospect for their friendly and helpful service.
