The management office is very unprofessional and they all have bad altitude .I have situation going on for one month now .THEROOFISLEAKING and the assistant manager told me that(we can give you one time discount 193 $ only)…really? Having 3 buckets around my living room and one on the bedroom do you think you can live like that? Plus the watter dripping and noises and have to change them every time that is raining or snowing. they offer me to move on another dirty place apartment that they have without paying for my days that I can loose packing. This is one of the worst management companies I ever saw. Can’t wait to leave this place and Never… Ever come back !!! I have pictures of all the holes that they did to(dry the watter).and every day I have to see that mess with the ceiling covered with plastic all over and have to pay 974 $ for this… People DON’T GOTHERE .DON’T RENTTHERE !!!

The problems here have only gotten worse!!! I caught 3 mice in 3 days and I had go through a million channels to get them to fill the holes. I can’t even explain everything that’s wrong with this management«company». Liars! Cheaters! Looking to leave SOON!

Whatever you do, do NOT rent from this MGMT group. They manage the following: The Mansions, The Mansions of Mt Shire, Prospect Place and the Redwood Town homes. They will nickel and dime you to death. Locked out? That will be $ 150. Want a satellite dish? There’s another $ 200. Want to pay rent online? There’s a $ 5 fee which used to be $ 20 or $ 25. Furthermore, their customer service is atrocious! They act like you owe THEM for living in their apartments. I work in a customer service based job and the so-called supervisor/manager(Deanna or Diana) is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with and very surprised that someone would actually hire her to be the supervisor/manager of their property.

I lived in the Mount Prospect Place apartments(on Cottonwood Lane) and there’s a few other apartments they own in the area, but I can only talk about THIS one in particular because I’ve lived in it for a year. I lived on the first floor. I thought it was a decent place for my first apartment(and 700 per month with some utilities sounded good for a one bedroom). UNTILOTHERPEOPLEMOVEDIN. We could hear people walking(simply walking) right above our apartment. They’re not jumping, but they’re just walking around and we could hear it all day. Loud people throwing parties around this area. I’ve had to call the cops twice because there were fights outside. I’ve been snowed in and couldn’t move my car from their parking lot for two days. Some jerk removed the handicapped parking spaces. You have people digging in the trash cans. I wouldn’t suggest anyone moving to this place unless they really need a place that they could afford. The management doesn’t take care of your work orders right away. Spiders and ants all over the place. They have a really bad attitude there. I left the place early because I just couldn’t take it anymore. I recommend this place to NOONE!
