Sahara Window and Doors

Installation went well but door not great. One piece storm/​screen door — screen constantly pops out of track — if you lean against it or let it hit you as go through door, it’s out. Company advertises «satisfaction guaranteed.» I called, said I’m not satisfied — they said «Our service dept will call you.» Never did. Passing the buck, I guess.

Absolutely fantastic experience. My front door, sidelights and storm door are awesome and the service install went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Sahara. I got another quote for the same exact doors and sidelights and it was $ 1000 more. There is no way the service could of been better.

Sahara and Iver provided great service from start to finish! After much research and quotes from other companies we went with Sahara for our wood windows. They did such a great job that we decided to do the back side of the house as well. Iver always took time to meet with us and was patient with the vision we had. We were looking for wood windows with black exteriors. He found windows and doors that we loved and could afford. We have gotten tons of compliments from neighbors, family and friends. In addition to Iver, the office crew is amazing. Their customer service is accommodating from installation to any service calls made after the installation process. It has been a month since the all of our doors and the front of the house has the new windows and we are still in love! I highly recommend Sahara Window and Doors for their quality and customer service from start to finish!!!
