This is one the worse customer service experiences I’ve had. First, the girl working there(Amber) was very rude, and second: she charged me 0.50 cents in addition to the .12 cents they charge for black and white copy, because I wanted to slightly reduce the size of my print. Outrageous!

Unless your in Dire Straights to ship something, go to yreka, redding, or medford to do your shipping. Needed to ship a large package and went in there to see if they could pack it first before I brought package into pages. He said they could, so went home to grab the package and came back. Brought it in and it was about 4 and he said it probably wouldn’t ship till Saturday. I said that would be fine. So got out my paperwork and I had my own label and he said he couldn’t pack it being the label was not bought threw them. I have seen that kind of laziness in the bigger cities, didn’t think I would see here in the great city of Mt. Shasta. Just bad business.

Sean and Dustin, both have been extremely helpful. Owning and running a restaurant is never easy, on top of that always having to run around for errands can be a bit of a chore. It helps walking into Pages and getting such a lovely service with a smile. Thanks guys for doing such an amazing job.

Pages has continued to be my one and only mailbox service in Mount Shasta, 8 years now and running. My previous review stands solid: Every single person there who has helped me has been cheerful, helpful and quick. I have never had a single negative experience there. I can’t imagine anyone not being completely pleased with their consistently happy-to-be-here and happy-to-help-you attitude. It goes beyond reason ;) They provide an invaluable service in this town and they do it greatly. I appreciate them deeply.

This is THE worst shipping store with the worst customer service that I’ve ever been to… and sadly, I will never go there again! The young gal that works behind the counter obviously hates her job and makes it very apparent. She is the rudest and most condescending individual that I have ever encountered in a customer service position, and has had the same demeanor every time I’ve been in. I can’t believe she’s still there:-( BAD!!!

I forgot to mention that Wendi(the owner) and staff asked the UPS man to pick up at another business and then come back so my package could make the 5PM pick-up! Very Customer oriented. Also, I’ve been back several times since then and they’ve never seen my review… just the«bad day» customer and another good one from a local attorney. What’s up?

I’ve been a customer at least 8 times over the past six weeks. They’ve been completely helpful. Took care of everything – about 5 different kinds of jobs. Thanks, Wende! I’m thinking the other reviewer was looking at some youngsters that work there and forgetting that they are learning. I’ve also noticed there are a bunch of ridiculously impatient people around this town. They don’t want to wait for prepared to order food for two seconds. Oh well… one more table open for us to get in.

This shipping business is probably the worst I have ever dealt with! The people that work there have personalities that scream«I hate my job and Don’t bug me!». WHY don’t they take AMEX? They are a FED-EX and UPS shipper. Plus I had to void out three checks because she couldn’t get the total correct. I’ll go to the USPS next time.
