Shambhala Center and Crystals Store

The Shambhala Center calls to those whom will find treasures of knowledge, guidance and beauty. Susan Isabelle is a wonderful woman, that has transformed a once gas station into a wonderful center for learning and engaging with your higher self.
My fiancée and I honor the time we spent at this center and the gifts Susan shared with us. Thank you.

After visiting this shop, I was curious as to why Susan has not notified the history channel about her precious 13^th skull. They are still looking for it. I understand that all 13 skulls must come together to heal the planet. Susan doesn’t want this? Susan! Contact the program, Ancient Aliens on the History Channel! They are looking for your skull!!!

Awesome place

Sent them an email prior to my visit to Mount Shasta, NEVER received a reply.
Once in town I visited this store as soon as they open and asked for Susan, the woman who says she has the 13^th crystal skull. The young man at the register told me she was gone for the day, I wrote down the number to call the following day. I finally talk to Susan the day after my visit and mentioned that I had sent an email 3 weeks earlier to make an appointment with her, to my dismay she said she doesn’t answer emails… right then I totally lost the desire to have any connection with this woman.
BTW there are several places online selling nicer crystals skulls for a fraction of the price! You can activate the crystal skull without her assistance.
Unfortunately I’ve noticed a lot of local business that make amazing claims on their websites but lack in customer service big times… the stores that provide great customer service are always busy with people MAKING purchases! It is not the case here, establishment was empty during a holiday weekend!

Dear Susan Isabelle — thank you for the two amazing visits my son and I had with you last week. The session we did with you and the crystal skulls on the solstice was very memorable. We were driving through town looking for lunch and were drawn into your store. So glad we meet you and look forward to coming back to take some classes with you!
