Had to cancel due to a bad unexpected snow storm in my area. They were not willing to apply my deposit to another retreat. Not to Zen of them. :-P

I love the gentle silence of the Monastery.
The chime rings. and…ohmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I’ve had many excellent revelations @ Mt Tremper having begun the journey through the Eight Gates., having attended zazen and engaging in Dharma Disclosure with John Daido Loori Roshi prior to his passing.
While the monastic life is not my goal, the teaching of Dharma births enlightenment for those who have open souls.
Zen Mountain offers many retreats, discussions, teachings for the noviate as well as the seasoned Zen Monastic. The grounds are lathered in peace and tranquilty.
There are few places among us that give me such peace…
