Michael catered by birthday party. He was great to work with, very pleasant and very accommodating to all the dietary needs I mentioned for my friends. The food was totally delicious. My friends were commenting on how good the food was for days after the party. I highly recommend Above the Bar Catering!

I recently attended an event catered by Above The Bar. The food was delicious and the presentation perfect for the occasion — a down-​home 4th of July Barbecue. The salads were colorful, abundant and savory, and it was obvious that all of the dishes were prepared with pride and care. This caterer is definitely at the top of my list.

Above the Bar Catering recently catered a corporate open house i attended and did an amazing job. I am gluten free and they took me by surprise in having an option that i could eat, which is rare. The food was delicious and the presentation was even better. I would absolutely recommend and use them for my own functions in the future. A+

I hired Michael to cater my friend’s suprise 40th birthday party at her home. I was coordinating from Oregon, but Michael was easy to communicate with on the phone and over email. He provided everything I needed including linens, silverware, etc and was willing to mix and match with what I already had.
When I told him I needed a cake, he was able to take care of that too, saving me time and money.
Michael arrived on time, was ready for the guests and he and the server David were professional, courteous and really delightful to be around. Most importantly, all of the food was DELICIOUS, everyone loved the food and the cake. He left us with all the leftovers and we got to enjoy some the next day.
I would highly recommend him for your next party or event!
